Refund policy
At Doelle, each piece is thoughtfully crafted to make you feel effortlessly elegant. We handle every order with love and care, and we want you to receive your jewelry in perfect condition.
To protect the hygiene and quality of our products, we kindly do not accept returns due to change of mind.
We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences (e.g. “It doesn’t suit me” or “I changed my mind”)
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged
- Custom-made or sale items
We Accept Returns / Exchanges Only If:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong item (e.g. wrong color, design, or quantity)
Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Guidelines
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging (box, pouch, tag).
- Return shipping fees (if required) will be covered only if the mistake is on our end.
- We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet our policy.
